Your data
Delete your data
There is no account to close and no server to write to. Everything Mahina knows about you sits in an encrypted database on your own phone — so deleting it is something you do on the device, and it takes effect immediately.
Delete everything from the app
- Open Mahina and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete everything.
- Read the confirmation, then hold the button to confirm.
This permanently erases every profile, cycle, symptom, pregnancy record, note and setting from the phone. It cannot be undone, and there is no cloud copy to restore from.
Uninstalling also removes it
Because the database lives in the app's own storage, removing Mahina takes your data with it. Deleting from inside the app first is still the cleaner option — it overwrites the records rather than relying on the operating system to clear the app's folder.
Backups are yours to delete
If you made an encrypted .tdbackup file, it is an ordinary file wherever you saved it — your downloads folder, a cloud drive, a chat. Deleting in-app does not reach it. Delete those copies yourself.
Exports you already shared
A doctor PDF or a shared summary leaves Mahina the moment you send it. Once it is in someone's inbox or gallery it is outside our reach — delete it wherever it landed.
Nothing to request from us
We hold no copy of your health data, so there is no server-side deletion to ask for and no request queue to wait in. That is the point of the design, not a limitation of it.
