Short. Mahina (from a word meaning "moon" or "month" across several Indian and Austronesian languages) is a period and pregnancy tracker built on one idea: your health data is nobody's business but yours. Everything you log stays on your phone, encrypted — no account, no cloud, and in this version no internet connection at all. It offers honest predictions with confidence ranges instead of false certainty, a supportive pregnancy mode, on-device insights, and a compassionate path if a pregnancy ends. It is free, with no ads, and made for India first.
The name & mark
Mahina means "moon / month" in several Indian and Austronesian languages. The mark is a crescent moon over a stem — it forms the dotless "i" in the wordmark.
