1. The service

Mahina is a period and pregnancy tracking app provided by TopDevs. It stores your information on your device and is offered free of charge.

2. Not medical advice

Mahina provides estimates and general, doctor-reviewed information to support you. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and its fertile-window estimates are not a method of contraception. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3. Your data & your responsibility

Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for making backups if you wish to preserve your data — for example before changing phones. Because we hold no copy, we cannot recover data you lose.

4. Acceptable use

Use Mahina only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer for harmful ends, or interfere with the app.

5. Availability & changes

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mahina is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the app's estimates or content.
